What can transfer
Folder and heading structure can become nesting. Note body text and checkboxes can transfer when the conversion includes them.
What stays in your vault
Wiki links, backlinks, graph data, embeds, front matter, Dataview queries, Canvas files, plugin-created content, images and PDFs do not transfer. Keep the vault as the complete source for these materials.
The safe approach
