Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your first payment: 7 days, no questions asked

If SpacebarX Pro isn't for you, email us within 7 days of your first subscription payment — monthly or yearly — and we'll refund it in full. No questions asked.

Renewals and cancelling your subscription

Renewal charges (the second payment onward on a subscription) aren't covered by the 7-day guarantee. But cancelling is self-serve and takes a few seconds: open SpacebarX, go to Settings → Account, and use the cancel-subscription button there. Once you cancel, Pro stays active through the end of the billing period you already paid for, and it won't renew or charge you again after that.

Lifetime purchases

Lifetime is a one-time purchase. It comes with its own 14-day full-refund window from the date of purchase — email us within that window for a full refund. After 14 days, lifetime purchases are final.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it typically takes 5–10 business days to show up.

Who processes your payment

Payments are handled by Razorpay for customers in India, and by Paddle for international purchases. For international purchases, Paddle acts as the merchant of record — Paddle is the seller on your statement and handles the transaction, tax, and refund processing on our behalf. Razorpay and Paddle each process your payment information under their own terms.

How to request a refund

Email us at [email protected] with the email address on your account. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here and move the effective date. If a change is significant, we'll make that clear on the site.
